We should not missionize the gentile for various reasons.
1. The Gentile is under a different contract and dispensation with HaShem, than the Jew. If Gentiles are exposed to Judaism and they refuse to accept it, they would have greater responsibility. This is unfair to them.
2. HaShem created people in their state for a reason. If they come to Judaism, it is through Divine Providence. Conversion to Judaism is a switch in cosmic dispensations which is cosmically significant. There are many erev rav who should be leaving Judaism and many are leaving.
3. If we missionize Gentiles, it should be to teach them the Noachide doctrine, but we need to be educated in it first. Secondly, we need to know Judaism relative to the prevailing local religions before we begin to teach Noachidism because, invariably the gentile will want Judaism explained to him. As such, if we teach Noachidism we have to be willing to convert them to Judaism.
