Hisoriri is an organization that sends young college students out to communities to enhance the Shabbat experience! In an effort to ensure that Shabbos is not just another day of the week we founded ourselves on the principle behind the definition of the word “Hisoriri” – “to awaken”. By sending college students out to communities to lead davening, lein, give shiurim/lectures and/or run children’s programming we can all begin to rejuvenate Shabbos together! Shabbat.com hopes that the Hisoriri project will help Jewish communities create a fun and spiritual Shabbat environment throughout North America.
