A delicious and fun way to serve fruit any time of year.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cherries (or cranberries)
- 1 tart apple, peeled, cored, chopped
- 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
PREPARATION
Heat zest, orange juice, honey, lemon juice and zest, cinnamon stick, apricots and cherries until well blended, about 5 minutes.
Remove cinnamon stick and set liquid aside.
Cut up fruit and place in a large bowl. Pour dressing over top and let sit at least 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
