  • 1 lb. AT KOL Foods London Broil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice from 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced lemon grass
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chili pepper


Score the meat with a knife and place in a ziploc bag with the rest of the ingredients.  Let marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat broiler or grill.  Broil steak about 10 minutes/side based on how thick your piece is and how rare you like it, adding more marinade when turning.

Remove from heat and let sit about 10 minutes before slicing thin.

Serve with a simple salad and Thai sticky rice or it also would work very well as part of a Banh Mi Taco or Sandwich.
